Sleave join Engineer Records

We’re very excited to announce that we will be working with Richmond, Virginia band, Sleave, to bring you their awesome new album ‘Don’t expect anything’ this autumn!
Before that though we will be giving you a taste of the catchy as hell, riff-filled, rocking greatness that this album has in store with a couple of videos and digital streaming singles.
The first of these will be ‘Homebound’. This song touches on the feeling of hopelessness and being stuck where you grew up and there’s a teaser trailer for it coming soon with a full premiere on BlankTV to follow.
You can also check out Sleave at https://www.facebook.com/sleaverva/ on facebook and https://twitter.com/SleaveRva on twitter and https://sleaverva.bandcamp.com on bandcamp and they will have their own brand new website going live very soon too.

Amalia Bloom’s ‘Maiden Voyage’

Stoked that we will be working with several other great smaller labels to help release Amalia Bloom’s new record ‘Maiden Voyage’ on vinyl very soon.
This record is about a boy who dreams a lot and embarks, unintentionally and for the first time, on a journey into his fantasy, which will lead him to understand a lot about the life he lives every day and from which he tries to escape, sheltering in his dreams. The lyrics face the themes of loneliness, dissociation and the need of having a guiding light, while feeling lost in the dimension of space / time, as well as in his own conscience.
The album contains 8 tracks that try to shape our very large range of musical influences: classic hardcore with special attention for the Californian pop punk and skate punk/rock,screamo, new school hardcore as well as acoustic and midwest emo. In “Maiden Voyage” you can hear all of these influences.
Check out the sampler on this spotify Link: https://open.spotify.com/album/0MBaMoW4PHftoqFXLHwfKO?

Last night of Chamberlain euro tour

It’s the end of this European tour for Chamberlain in Hamburg at the Hafenklang last night, but hopefully, there will be another one soon.

“Six long months of planning and just like that here we are again, at the end (after our final performance in Hamburg) — grateful, tired, happy, sad, unsure how to process it all.
So much gratitude to go around. Firstly our crew: Reece Reece for keeping us tethered together despite sleeping the least and doing the most, Tony Byrd Photography for your friendship and pulling double-duty as both documentarian and roadie, Eva Flix for steering the wheel, bringing laughs, and tolerating our stench.
Also to Frederic Klemm and Arctic Rodeo Recordings for your belief, good vibes, and the slick looking vinyl, and to Felix Willikonsky and Flix Agency for putting this whole thing together.
But MOSTLY thank you to those who traveled from distant places and sang along. It’s impossible to find the right words, but know that the cause would be lost without each and every one of you. See you all next time, whenever that next call comes down the line. – Chamberlain. — with David Moore, Reece Reece, Curtis Mead, Tony Byrd, Clay Snyder, and Adam Rubenstein at Hafenklang.”
