Don’t think, just watch!

Engineer Records proudly announces the rumblings of Lamp Light The Fire, Volume 2, second in our compilation series of “acoustic plus” or as we called it in 2011, “quiet(ER)” songs.  Artists have all been selected and are arranging their individual song for our upcoming deadline. Once again a variety of acts, some familiar, some lesser known, have been selected and all confidently able to lay an inspired song upon us! Release date aims at very early 2016 on limited CD and digital (date TBC).  Artist list released soon!

Yep, that is correct, the Maidstone stage warriors, One Day Elliot, recently played their 800th show! Truly amazing.

Paul, singer of the band, said these kind words: ‘Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came down to see us at the rafters last night for our 800th show. It was awesome to see so many of you there and we had a great night. The fact that so many of you have given us continued support for so long is humbling and we’re infinitely appreciative to each and every one of you. Last night I saw the faces of some people who have been coming to watch us play since we started in 1999. We love playing in a band because it’s fun to write songs and perform them, but most importantly because of all the amazing people we meet and friends that we make. Thank you so much.’

A true testament to being in a band and the magic of music!
