Early this month KYOTO DRIVE went out on the road with Rookie Of The Year and MAE, who are all luckily covered by motor trade insurance.

With a sad nod of acceptance we have to tell you that Call Off The Search have called it quits and have sent the world this message:

‎- So Long And Thanks For All The Fish 🙂 we are sad to say we have decided to call it an end. We have had a wonderful time and couldn’t finish on a nicer note 🙂 Thank you to every one who supported us in anyway, saw us live, bought some merch or just said hi. A MASSIVE thanks must go toENGINEER RECORDS so thank you. Please don’t forget to support Ian with his amazing studio work Emeline Productions (Ian Sadler) and Mikee with his solo work Mikee J Reds. We shall have one final show which is to be announced. Take care and thanks for listening.

“The Keeping It North Tour” is a short but sweet journey for our own Mikee J Reds and Pinky Swear Records Jimmy Holland!

This will be Mikee’s 4th tour in 12 months with a second part coming with South dates most likely called “The Keeping South Tour” we assume.

Call Off The Search have sadly not had the best of luck so far this year with their UK tour cancelled for this month, leaving the boys playing catch up on shows. However they are now back in the studio to finish off a couple of new songs for you all to hear. Is it a new direction? Not exactly but it is with more of a maturer approach to their sound.

Well I guess we shall just wait and see. Guitars start tomorrow at Emeline Studios.

KYOTO DRIVE have come to the end of their tour with MAE and Rookie Of The Year across the UK and EU and what a trip it has been!

With their next release coming soon, so don’t expect the boys to resting on their laurels.
