Whilst auditioning for new members IRIS set off on a mini tour with Promise Me Tomorrow and Better left alone.
As an acoustic duo the two reworked tracks off their latest EP ‘Out Of Fiction‘ and performed in Sheffield, Derby, Cambridge, London and finally Margate where they will play to their local crowd!
The shows have been successful and they have gained new fans as well as a new feel for the songs themselves.
Touring is what the boys most love to do and whilst originally the prospect of touring as a two piece was rather daunting they soon found their feet and enjoyed themselves fully!
Being close friends with Promise Me Tomorrow and staying on campsites also brought many late night laughs and typical touring antics followed just about every show!
It’s back to business as usual soon and once a new lineup is confirmed IRIS have great things coming up including longer tours in October and November!
